Thoughtful care for everyday movement.Request a first visit

Move with more confidence

Room to feel like yourself.

Sunday Margin is a calm, considered chiropractic practice for people who want to understand their movement and take the next step with care.

Care begins with a conversation, not a rushed conclusion.

A different pace

Care that starts by listening.

Your body is not a problem to solve in a hurry. We take time to hear what has changed, notice how you move, and make a plan that fits real life.

01

Clear from the start

We explain what we are noticing and what each next step is for.

02

Measured, not maximal

Sessions focus on appropriate, practical care rather than one-size-fits-all intensity.

03

Built for your week

Useful movement guidance should make sense between visits, too.

Ways we can help

Start with what feels most relevant.

Everyday aches

Thoughtful support when recurring tension or discomfort is getting in the way of ordinary days.

Talk it through

Workday movement

A closer look at the habits, positions and small adjustments that shape how you feel at work.

Find a better rhythm

Active recovery

A measured return to the movement you enjoy, with attention to confidence as well as comfort.

Make a plan

Your first visit

No mystery, no performance.

You do not need to prepare a perfect explanation. Bring your questions and we will take it from there.

01

We listen

We talk about what brought you in, what you have tried and what matters to you.

02

We look closely

We discuss movement and context in plain language, with space for your questions.

03

We agree on next steps

You leave knowing what we recommend and why, with no pressure to continue.

Good to know

Questions before you begin?

Is chiropractic care right for me?

The best place to start is a conversation about your situation. We will listen, assess whether our approach is suitable and explain other options when it is not.

What happens at the first visit?

We discuss your concerns, ask about your everyday movement and carry out an appropriate assessment before talking through possible next steps.

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable clothing that lets you move easily. There is no need to dress specially for your first conversation.

Can I ask questions during a session?

Absolutely. Understanding the purpose of care is part of the process, and you should feel comfortable pausing to ask anything.

Do you work with younger people?

We can discuss whether our service is suitable for a younger person during the enquiry process, including any additional context that may be useful.

What should I do before requesting a visit?

Simply note what you would like help with and a few times that might work. You do not need a diagnosis or a detailed history to get started.

Take the next step

Tell us what you need room for.

Send a little context and a preferred time. We will follow up to understand whether Sunday Margin is the right fit.

This is an enquiry, not a diagnosis. Please share only what you are comfortable sending.
